Multi Million Dollar Club – MMDC

Dear EMAR Members,

The MMDC commi ee is excited to launch the 2023 Mul -Million Dollar Club Membership. We hope that you will consider being a part of a club that recognizes successful real estate professionals . To join the club you must have had either $2,000,000 in closed sales or a total of at least 12 transac ons sides for 2022. Please note that some levels allow averaging over the last 3 years.

As a member you will receive:

1. Recognition as a leader in the industry.
2. A network of other successful REALTORS as a resource (email and phone list of members).
3. Access to a MMDC Facebook Page and Facebook Mastermind Group.
4. Quarterly networking and training events with credit hours. Along with an end of the
   year luncheon gathering to allow for business and elections.
5. A collective photo advertising layout in selected online and print newspapers and/or other print media. They will include your photo, your company name, your phone number.
6. Use of the MMDC logo for all your advertising.
7. Use of a one page color photo advertising spread of all members.
8. Certificate of Membership.
9. Leadership open to input and suggestions to increase and be er the membership of the MMDC.
